Last minute reminder for an incredible Jazz show happening at Bon Vent this Tuesday 8/4 @ 7p.m.
(Off night shows are statistically cooler)

Ryan Blotnick, local guitar phenom and composer has called up his friends from NYC and Berlin for a very short run of shows in Acadia.

This is not to be missed, so bring the kids and visiting relatives/friends.

The band:

Jeremy Viner - (Tenor Saxophone) Berlin-based multi-instrumentalist, improviser, composer, and educator. After nearly two decades in New York City, he relocated to Berlin in 2023, maintaining an active presence in both the New York and European experimental music scenes.

Devin Gray - (Drums) An artist who strives for quality and sincerity in his work, Gray’s exciting energy has compelled him towards many different musical directions. Devin currently lives, performs and composes in Brooklyn, NY.

Scott Colberg - (Upright Bass) New York City based electric & upright bassist, producer, educator, improviser, human, lover of life & most things.

Our dear friend Skip Bailey is back up, but this Friday (6-8) he’ll make his first appearance on our outdoor loading-dock stage! Don’t sleep on Skip! He’s not to be missed!

With an absolute classic set of country/soul pipes and a virtuosic mastery of the guitar, this former front man of the Fremont Street String Band, writes some of the most poignant and inspiring lyrics we’ve heard in a long time. This fellas got it!

Recurring Wednesday night (6-8) Jazz & Blues session hosted by Zach Gorrell and Michael A. Bennett with a full band set up, bring your chops and come swing with us.

Thursday night (6:30-9) Old-time Appalachian fiddle & banjo session has been incredibly sweet as of late, open to all levels, an playing styles who want to throw some grit in their rosin!

And this Sunday, being the first one of the month, will be our Traditional Irish Session hosted by our friends Malcolm Sanders and Chuck Whitney! (5-7)

The joke that we’re a “community music center with a cider problem” is really starting to stick! We’d love to see you and yours, because listeners/ dancers make all the difference!

After nearly 20 months in French oak (Chardonnay & Brandy) the ‘24 iteration of Les Pépin Fortes is going up on the shelf!

This cryogenically concentrated “iced” cider is coming in at 12% ABV and has 1% rs.
If you remember the 22’ version of this series you won’t want to wait to come claim your own bottle.

Just 2 barrels made, and it’s only available by the bottle or glass pour in our tasting room.
Notes of light butterscotch & oat sugar cookie, perfectly warming for those soon to be chilled nights around the camp fire.

So umm, dunno what you’re all up to tonight, but we have a visiting badass musician, Phoebe Johnson (NZ) CONTRABASS, joining our local resident badass musician Phillip Greenlief CLARINET & ALTOSAX, with up and coming local badass Treyan Nelson DRUMS, from 7-9.

If you have any taste or class at all, you’ll come through.
oh and there’s a beer on tap from Naiad.

Shhh don’t tell Gus, but seeing as he’s not on social media anymore (smhart), probably won’t be a problem to announce, we’re throwing him a goodbye4now-Bon Voyage- off to a fancy lawyering school in New Orleans, party!

Show will hopefully be out on the back loading-dock stage!
