Revamping of the pond today. I had to go inside the house as my DH hard pruned my overgrown Darlow's Enigma Rose that was so beautiful draped over the gazebo... but alas, in order to complete my vision of an enclosed aviary, it had to be removed to put in the new pumps, filters and wire surrounds.... I'm going to try and root some cuttings from it as well as from my japanese maple that was trimmed back as well. Pictures to come. Would love to see any of your pond gardens !

Well, for the time being ... the solo silkie roo that got past "quality control" has a 5 minute soft "ur-ur-urrrr" between 6:30-7am and is not an every day crow-er. So if said roo continues this path and no one acknowledges that they HEAR a rooster ... does that mean it doesn't exist? (ok, might be watching too much Neil deGrasse Tyson)
