It's sweet corn season. Don't just drop those ears in a pot of water and call it a day.
Stop by the Black Moons Rise table at the Bountiful Harvest Market and pick up a jar of Elote Seasoning.
This seasoning has everything you need to get your taste buds come alive, with butter, salt, sour cream smoked paprika, pepper, cheese and more.
Simply open the ear of corn to remove the silk. Soak corn in the water, then place on the grill for about 10 minutes, then open it and grill the corn to get the grill "marks".
Remove from the grill spray/slather with oil or butter and shake with Elote seasoning.

YOU ........ Welcome to Bountiful Harvest Market to all the followers. I just jumped to over 300 + and counting. The further I take this journey to bringing another gathering spot to my community it feels better every time. It hasn't always been easy but I've enjoyed these past few months with everyone that's visited my growing market.
I was asked if this market was connected to the Harker Heights City Farmer Market and the short answer is no. This is an independently operated market. So come enjoy the market and watch us grow.
