Hello, hello, hello. I trust everyone is doing well. I'm doing amazing, with no negative vibes. Last weekend's successful produce drop was amazing. We had eggs, collard greens, broccoli greens, squash, fresh roselle (hibiscus/sorrel), radishes, red hatch peppers, garlic, honey and so much more. That's the joy of bringing this market to Harker Heights because other places don't have produce at their locations.
Beside meeting the neighborhood, there is always a new customer that stops by searching for new produce or because they want to know why we are set up in the parking lot. So that's a win, win all around for everyone.

Early morning butter making. The taste is amazing. I think I'm going always use the cream and greek yogurt combination from now on.
And as you'll hear on the video I ran the process through twice, it gave the finished product a fluffier consistency. And I added just a pinch of pink himalaya salt in the end but it's not salty.

If you need fresh butter made with fresh cream let me know.
And before you leave a comment about you can just buy butter at the store. My answer is yes you can.

Incoming part 2 of grilling today.
After roasting the peppers today I decided to go ahead and throw a barbecue for myself of course. So I had to channel my inner Aunt Margaret or as some of you may know her as Margo.

I made some rib tips on the grill, and seasoned them with my own a
Black Moons Rise Sweet Piggy Rub Down. Made a version of what people might consider a carolina barbecue sauce because it's more of a vinegar based bbq sauce and not thick like others. Made some garlic confit from some garlic I had previously pickled. Turned out tasty 🤤
Added a small baked potato topped off with my own toasted garlic, parsley compound butter. Think I did pretty good, so now Jack and I are sitting down to have dinner.

There's always something going on with me. Today is Sunday and I'm prepping/roasting 30lbs of hatch peppers for out going orders, while listening to 70s R n B. So good.....

When you order it's a minimum 1lb for $8.00. They will be frozen on pick up day. Pick up at the Harker Heights HEB this week.

These roasted peppers make a delicious salsa, enchilada sauce. Chop them up and add to salads, soups.
