Our products are locally raised, small-batch, and handmade using simple, traditional ingredients. Everything is shelf stable for about a year and makes a great Christmas gift or winter staple.

Latley, I’ve been asking myself: How do we make farm-raised meat accessible to every family — not just the ones who can afford $700 at once or have the land to raise their own pig?

Here’s what I’ve come up with so far:

1. For a one-time $100 fee, you buy your piglet.

2. We raise it for you — feed, housing, water, and daily care — for $50 a month.

3. When butcher day comes, we’ll help transport your pig to the processor of your choice, or bring it to you if you’d like to do the butchering yourself.

4. You pay your own butchering fees directly.

This system gives families the chance to pay for pork gradually instead of facing one huge, impossible bill. It opens the door for anyone — no matter their budget or backyard size — to enjoy healthy, humanely-raised pork.

Too often, our only options are the store shelves: meat that’s mass-produced, pumped with preservatives, and disconnected from the hands that raised it. This gives families a better choice — real food, raised with care, at a price and pace they can manage.

Right now I’m sharing this to gauge interest. If this is something you’d like for your family, or if you know someone who would, please reach out. The more feedback I get, the better I can shape this plan into a reality. Real farm-raised meat shouldn’t be a luxury — it should be something every family can access.
