Pepper baskets, Pepper Sauce bottles and herb and pepper packets available.

Currently have 3 pepper baskets (5.9inx5.9in) available. (10 a basket) These cute baskets are all filled with a variety of peppers and your choice of either a dried pepper packet or herb packet.
*Herb packets available are Basil, Sage, Thai Basil, Lemon Mint, Catnip.
*Pepper packets available are Filius Blue, Buena Mulata, Lemon Pepper, and Fish Pepper.

* I also have pepper sauce bottles available for 6 each and additional pepper packets are 3 each.

(The Chocolate Trinidad Scorpion pepper packet is also available for 4 a packet)

If you would like to put in an order for a pepper basket you are more than welcome to. I should have more available in the next couple of days.

The day has come! The first Chocolate Scorpion has come to ripeness. ❤️🔥❤️ Now how do I convince someone in my family to taste test it?😂
Should I document the encounter?
The Scoville heat level for this bad boy ranges from 800,000–1,300,000. Now compare that to the Scoville level of a jalapeño which is 2,500-8,000. 😂

Bottle filling day! Today we are filling these with Buena Malatas, Filius Blue, Lemon Drop, Fish Pepper and Tabasco (which are still slow poking along😂) and Basil to give it a nice subtle flavor. The Chocolate Scorpions are well on their way to greatness and are going to be making their grand entrance soon.
*note* no artificial coloring is added to any of my products. This rich pink/purple color is pulled straight from the peppers itself. 😁

Hello again from McCarty Homestead! Things are starting to pick up here getting things ready for the pepper season. This year we will have so many beautiful and fun peppers available to taste and enjoy. ❤️

If you are thinking about starting your own Tabasco plants this year, I have some seed packets(20 seeds/pack) available for 3.

We are looking forward to what is to come this year here at the pepper and herb farm.
