This apple may be on the small side but I picked it back in the beginning of September! With proper storage some apple varieties will stay fresh for months. I just ate it and it was still crisp and delicious!

I hope everyone is staying warm! It sure is cold outside! And boy has it been a busy week! I have spent days grinding, rendering, and filtering suet and beef trimmings. I have also been making soap, so keep an eye out in the next few weeks for the scents that have been out of stock!
