Under The Stairs Brewing Company Inc. Our microbrewery is dedicated to producing the best and often under appreciated craft beers. Under The stairs Brewing Company Inc. We started in 2023.

is a nanobrewery located in Harvard, MA. The brewery is owned and operated by Wade Holtzman and Nat Beale. Collectively they have eighty years of brewing experience behind them. We make our beers in small batches with quality not quantity being our primary objective. Some of our various styles are:
Czech Pilsner, Rauchbier German Lager, Extra Special Bitter Ale, Pale Ale, Porters, chocolate/coconu

t porter, Oatmeal Stout, Peach Saison, Octoberfest, and IPA’s. Most of the malted grain that we use comes from a malt house in Massachusetts. We also use our own hops grown on the brewery grounds in Harvard, MA for some of our beers.

We will be serving our Chocolate/Coconut Porter, Wodad, and our German Helles Lager from 5-9PM this coming Tuesday Feb. 20th at Markoh’s On Main in Ayer, MA for $7.00/pint. They are selling their entrees at an incredible price. By two for the price of one. Come on down.
