‼️ A small but important reminder about food allergies.
Food allergies are incredibly serious, and they’re something we NEVER take lightly. As someone who has food allergies myself, this is a responsibility that means a great deal to us.
You’ll notice that our food trailers all display allergy statements on our menus. They’re there for a reason. Whenever a customer lets us know about an allergy, we take every reasonable precaution we can to help keep them safe. That often means changing gloves, using fresh toppings, thoroughly checking ingredient labels, avoiding cross-contact whenever possible, and taking extra time to prepare an order with care.
We also recognize that every kitchen has limitations. If we ever feel we cannot safely accommodate an allergy, we will always be honest and tell you. Your safety will always come before making a sale.
That said, we can only act on the information we’re given. We simply cannot know about an allergy unless it’s communicated to us when an order is placed; we cannot read minds. While we do everything we can to provide a safe experience, we aren’t able to anticipate medical needs that haven’t been shared with us.
It is incredibly disheartening as a small business to be told we “need to be more careful” when we were never given the opportunity to take the necessary precautions in the first place.
We stand behind the quality of our food, our commitment to our customers, and our willingness to go the extra mile whenever we can. All we ask is that if you or someone you’re ordering for has a food allergy, please let us know. Working together is the best way to help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
Thank you for your understanding, your trust, and for supporting small businesses that genuinely care.
