Today we are shouting Happy Father’s Day to my dad (Megan’s), David!

If you’ve ever met me, then you’ve basically met a younger version of my dad… because apparently I am his spitting image! Well… minus the balding head, beard, and mustache. But looks aren’t the only things I inherited. I also got a healthy dose of attitude, hard headedness, and determination. Once either one of us sets our minds to something, there is absolutely no changing it… for better or for worse! And if you ever wonder where I get my stubbornness from… now everybody knows… it’s my genes from good ole’ David Brown. Dad has always tried to maintain his tough guy image, but the second one of his three daughters or two granddaughters call him, that hard exterior completely disappears.
His two granddaughters, Jaylyn and Aaliyah, are constantly battling over who his favorite is… and truth be told, he absolutely loves every second of it. Meanwhile, his grandsons love listening to his stories about his high school football days and seeing the latest “treasures” that come from his hunting trips.Dad, thank you for being the best dad, for always making me your favorite child (don’t worry we don’t have to tell my sisters), and for being there at the drop of a hat whenever we need you. Thank you for teaching us the value of hard work and showing us that failure simply isn’t an option.Your strength, determination, and love for your family have shaped all of us in so many ways. We are incredibly blessed to call you Dad and Popeye/Pops.Happy Father’s Day, Dad! ❤️ We love you more than words can say.

One thing is for sure… y’all are making us work for it today! And we are so grateful for your support! Our beautifully marbled, prime, fresh, antibiotic free, hormone free, hand cut ribeyes are flying out the door just as fast as we can get them cut. We can’t even keep the tray full today! The snapper is swimming out the door just as fast!

As we approach Father’s Day we want to take the next few days to honor the special men in our lives.Today we focus on Jeremy’s dad, Kevin. We are so thankful for the man who stepped into a role he didn’t have to, but chose to with his whole heart. A man who helped raise Jeremy into the hardworking, dependable, family oriented man that so many of you know today. He not only built a beautiful life for his family, but also proudly served our country through the United States Navy 🇺🇸⚓️which we are incredibly thankful for. Kevin is Stevie Nick’s biggest fan. He loves his children fiercely, but if you’ve ever seen him around his grandchildren, you know that’s where his face truly lights up. They have him wrapped completely around their little fingers, and honestly… he wouldn’t have it any other way. He’s also a man of strong convictions…. especially when it comes to one very important belief…🎂 Birthday cake is absolutely a breakfast food. In fact, we’re pretty sure he could eat his weight in sweets if given the opportunity! 🍰🍪🍩
Thank you Dad H for your service, your love, your guidance, and for helping shape the incredible husband, father, and business owner Jeremy has become. Happy Father’s Day. We are blessed to have you in our lives. ❤️

🌞🔥 The Holcomb Trio Is Back At It Again! 🔥🌞

Jeremy, Megan, and Preston are back in the shop today and already causing a ruckus before most people have finished their first cup of coffee! 😆
Y’all cleaned us out of smoked salmon so fast yesterday that Jeremy fired up the smoker again this morning. The smell of that salmon drifting through the shop has Megan and Preston following him around like hungry puppies waiting for samples.

Meanwhile, Megan is busy hand making fresh 1/3 lb burger patties because it’s the weekend, the grill is calling your name, and store bought burgers just aren’t invited to this cookout. 🍔

The crew has been running full speed this morning:
✅ Chuck roast has been hand cut
✅ Fresh ground beef has been ground
✅ House blend is next on Megan’s grinding list
✅ Jeremy is slicing up beautiful ribeyes and NY strips
✅ Preston has the chicken and pork cases stocked and ready to go

And now he’s gearing up to load down the seafood bar with:
