I have used their products over the years, but this is the first time I purchased directly from their website. Their customer service was excellent, the website was easy to navigate, fast ship, and packaged with care! I highly recommend and will be a regular customer!
Your website is down and I can't find the telephone number for customer service on the Internet. Help! I bought a box of six packages of the roasted chestnuts. After a couple of days of being opened (and resealed), two of the bags became moldy! Can I get a coupon to replace them? They were supposed to be good through 09/12/2021 - G2. The other information on the packages were 1300/01059 and Lot .
