🛒 Ingredients

👉 For the Pecan Topping:

Butter or cooking spray (for the pan)
1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark, packed)
8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter

2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup neutral oil (vegetable, canola, or grapeseed)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Big day in Havana. Our Farmers Market has 25 vendors today. The Havana Garden Club has their Fall Bazaar in the Hazel Baker Center across from the police station. They have delicious frozen casseroles and a White Elephant sale. Come to Havana for a good day of fun.
