“I would never buy from a cottage bakery, I don’t trust people baking in their own homes.”
We’ve all probably heard (or had) a similar sentiment. The truth is, when you do buy from a cottage bakery, you are putting trust into someone to do the right thing, follow the guidelines, and have good sanitary practices.
We want you to know that not only do we have a strong background in food service, but we care about your health and safety. We work on clean, sanitized surfaces. We wash hands at every step, use and change gloves constantly, keep everything at correct temperatures. And follow the guidelines set by the health department for cottage bakeries.
For a lot of people, having a pet in the home is a deal breaker. So you may hear dogs barking when you pick up an order, but baking and packaging happens down the road in a pet free home in HdG.
