Rooted Grounds

10/13/2026

We have a fun week ahead that ends with our favorite event of the year at the Franklin Street Fall fest!! Stay tuned for some special announcements and our special menu for the event this week.

Our fall menu will be back for this week until then and I’ll be planning to drown myself in cookie butter macchiatos as I count down to Saturday!

Cold brew will restock on Wednesday this week.

We are closing today at 1pm!!

You asked, and we said ACCIO MISCHIEF!

Back by an overwhelming demand, our HP ⚡️ Mischief and Magic menu is returning for another week! Apparently we still have some unfinished wizarding business to attend to….. and hopefully there’s enough Butterbeer this time.

It is a short week again, so plan your mischief accordingly and apparate over to the trailer Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am-1:30pm to snag your favorite and sort yourself among your houses.

The Lightning Wielder has entered the quadrant. ⚡️

A white chocolate mocha macchiato with dark chocolate drizzle. Bonding with a dragon might be complicated. Bonding with this? Immediate.

Grinder is finally behaving and fixed!! Full menu is ready! See ya soon!!!

A dragon without its rider is a tragedy.
A rider without their coffee is dead. 🐉

Tomorrow, Threshing Day takes over Rooted Grounds with six limited-edition drinks worthy of the Riders Quadrant.

If you understand the assignment, report to the quadrant. If you don’t, just nod confidently and order the mocha.

Choose your drink. Find your dragon. Please try not to get incinerated.

09/26/2026

We are open!!!!

09/26/2026

If my POV were in *Threshing Day*, I’d have one question before we started: can we stop for coffee first? ☕🐉

Swipe through and tell me—which one would be YOUR POV?

T-minus 4 days until *Threshing Day* drinks at Rooted Grounds. No dragon bond required.

LOVE Blue Heron! Go vote!

WE’VE BEEN NOMINATED FOR BEST OF HARFORD! 🩵

We are SO excited and incredibly honored to share that Blue Heron Gifts & Boutique has once again been nominated for Best of Harford County! 🥹✨

This little shop means more to us than we could ever put into words. So much love, time, hard work, creativity and dedication goes into Blue Heron every single day. And this year has been especially emotional and challenging for our family with my kidney donation journey and everything that came along with it. Through all of it, this little store and the people who support it have continued to be such a special part of our lives. 🩵

So, we’re asking our Blue Heron family for a BIG favor… VOTE, VOTE, VOTE! 🗳️🤍

You can find us under Shopping → Gift Shop, and we believe you can vote daily, so if you have a minute, please come back and vote for us again and again! Every single vote truly makes a difference.

Winning first place would mean SO much to us. It would be such a beautiful way to celebrate this little shop, our amazing community, and everything we’ve poured into Blue Heron over the years. 🥹

Thank you for shopping with us, cheering us on, recommending us to your friends, stopping in to say hello, and continuing to believe in our little downtown shop. We wouldn’t be here without you.

We love you always!! 🤍
