It's with mixed emotions that I share some big news: after years of fire, smoke, and incredible people, I'm stepping away from the BBQ trailer and putting it up for sale.
What started as a passion for low-and-slow cooking turned into so much more—feeding hungry crowds at events, seeing smiling faces after the first bite, and building friendships one plate at a time. I've loved every smoky minute of it, and none of it would have been possible without YOU.
To my loyal customers, friends, family, and everyone who's supported this little operation—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your encouragement, repeat visits, tips, reviews, and just showing up rain or shine made it all worthwhile.
I'm excited for whatever comes next, but I'll always cherish the memories we made together. If you're in the market for a well-loved food trailer ready for its next owner, hit me up via DM for details.

I'd like to thank everyone for the best BBQ season to date. I've never been more busy. It was fun and stressful all at the same time. Next year will be much less as I've stated before I will be taking the season semi off to enjoy my son's summer before his senior year. I will be in DL for trucks and tunes maybe one event that I can't say just yet but it's..... BANANAS!!!! Again thank you all for your continued support. See you out there!!!

As BBQ season winds down…
We’ve only got a couple events left, and I just want to take a moment to say thank you. Your continued support means the world to me, and none of this would be possible without all of you showing up, spreading the word, and sharing good food and good times.

Next summer, I’ll be scaling things back a bit — it’ll be my oldest son’s last summer before his senior year, and I want to make the most of it with him. I’ll still be doing a few Trucks & Tunes events, a couple select town festivals, and of course, our annual Hotdog Fundraiser in the spring to raise money for the Hawley Flag Football League.

This summer was my busiest yet — more events than ever before — and that’s all because of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making it such an incredible season. ❤️🔥🐖
