This has become one of our favorite Puget Sound area events, with an abundance of remarkable artists and talented artisan creators. Friday/Saturday 10AM-7PM, Sunday 10AM-5PM.

Look for us in booth #534, and be sure to check out our new signature chocolate, Mountain Ruby Huckleberry, a Robinson Confections exclusive creation.

Built around contrast, it boasts wild mountain huckleberries from the mountains of the Inland Northwest, folded into rare Belgian ruby couverture-grade chocolate.

Introducing Mountain Ruby Huckleberry(TM) – built around contrast, it boasts hand-picked wild mountain berries folded into rare Belgian ruby couverture chocolate. A Robinson Confections exclusive creation.

It's a poised balance of berry acidity, creamy cocoa-butter richness, and the unmistakable character of huckleberries from the mountains of the Inland Northwest.

This limited-production flavor launches Saturday May 16th at our local artisan markets. We expect this to sell out quickly, so be sure to look for a new bright purple banner across the front of our canopy.

Belgium's finest chocolate and America's most highly-awarded authetic Dubai Chocolate Bars are coming to the Boise Flower and Garden Show this weekend (3/27-29)! (along with our soft brittles and liqueur-based English Toffees)

This year we're not just bringing 33% milk chocolate enrobed Dubai bars, but also our 54% mild dark chocolate version as well.

And our Cherry Noir 72 Dark chocolate is now an International Chocolate Salon GOLD medalist for 2025, so be sure to come try it!

You'll find us on the Buy Idaho aisle (at the back of the main hall). Last year we sold out of many things by Sunday afternoon, so be sure to come see us early.
