NEW DARK CHOCOLATE SNEAK PEEK!

With the success of the Mountain Ruby Huckleberry chocolate bar (Gold medalist for Best Tasting Chocolate Bar in America at the 2026 International Chocolate Salon), we've been asked by several people to offer a 72% dark chocolate version.

At tomorrow's farmers markets in Hayden and Liberty Lake, we'll be sampling the Midnight Mountain Huckleberry.

The huckleberries perfectly balance the bitterness of the dark chocolate and make it absolutely delightful. It won't be out for another week or so...but this is your chance to sample it right now!

Chandler recently joined us for one of our Private Chocolate Tastings and captured the experience beautifully.

Each private tasting is an 70-80 minute guided experience for 2–8 guests. You’ll explore nearly every confection we make, learn what separates fine couverture chocolate from ordinary chocolate, and leave with the chocolates you couldn’t finish.

Private tastings start at $149 for two guests and take place at Robinson Confections in Hayden, just minutes from Coeur d’Alene.

We're absolutely thrilled to have our Mountain Ruby Huckleberry win a gold medal for Best Taste and a bronze medal for Best Flavored Chocolate at the 2026 International Chocolate Salon International Chocolate Salon, in the Best Chocolate Bar category, along with Honorable Mentions for Best Ingredients and Most Unique.
There's always more to learn in this craft and we have enormous respect for the chocolatiers who continue to raise the bar for all of us.
We're grateful to have our signature bar recognized among that company, and especially proud that the judges responded so strongly to the flavor medley we set out to create.
