Thank you to those who were able to donate egg cartons. We were able to donate 16 dozen eggs to The Link of Cullman County. They will split these cartons in half to help feed local families.

With the decline in sales this year, we will be donating more eggs to local community organizations. We appreciate any cartons donated so we can continue helping our communities.

The difference between farm fresh and store bought eggs. My mother-in-law made this cake for Easter. The bottom layer was made from our eggs and the other two from store bought.

I love cracking an egg with the deep, rich orange yolks from our chickens that our mostly free range.

The plan was to wait another month or two before we opened the stand back up. With mother nature and the chickens not realizing we are in the middle of winter, we will be opening it on the weekends.

The eggs with be washed and refrigerated. I will stock the stand around 7am Saturday morning.
