I know Mother Nature tried her best to run us off today, but we still had some Q to sling! 😂 Y’all standing out there in the rain and stopping by to support us means more than you know. It was damn good seeing some familiar faces on this side of town, too!

We’re gonna head home, get everything cleaned up, and get ready for the next one.

They’re just too damn expensive of a piece of meat for a little food trailer like ours to cook up on a hope and a prayer. 😂 If we had a storefront, we might roll the dice a little differently, but for now, you gotta claim yours ahead of time!

HAZARD, YOU FILTHY ANIMALS! 🔥🤘🏼

What. A. DAY. You guys absolutely showed up for us AGAIN, and we can’t thank y’all enough! Y’all came hungry, and we did our best to make sure nobody left disappointed—or able to fit into their pants comfortably. 😂

Hope everybody enjoyed the NEW MENU ITEMS today! If you loved ’em, hated ’em, or just want us to keep throwing them at you, LET US KNOW! If they get enough love, we’ll keep them in the rotation. 👀🔥

From what we saw today, y’all seemed to be pretty damn happy with them!

And listen… we know some of those sandwiches can get a LITTLE sloppy. Between the cheese, sauce, meat, and all the other nonsense we pile on there, it’s bound to happen. 😂

BUT THAT’S BARBECUE, BABY.

Good barbecue ain’t supposed to look like it came out of a damn Michelin-star restaurant. It’s supposed to get on your hands, your shirt, your face, and probably somehow end up on your truck door. If you leave clean, we probably didn’t do our job. 😂

Seriously though, thank you guys for coming out and supporting us today. We appreciate every single one of y’all more than you know.

We’re gonna take a little R&R, get some catering knocked out tomorrow, then kick back and spend a little time with friends and family.

🚨 HAZARD… GUESS WHO’S BACK? 🚨

No, not your ex… just us Roadhouse BBQ! 😂

We’ll be back tomorrow at the Triangle in downtown Hazard starting at 11:00 AM and we’ll sling BBQ until y’all clean us out!

We’ve got TWO new menu items hitting the trailer tomorrow, so check out the video and let us know what you think. We’ve got a few more tricks up our sleeve over the next couple weeks, so don’t worry—we ain’t done stirring the smoke yet.

🥩 Now for the big announcement… BEEF RIBS ARE BACK NEXT WEEK! The brisket on a stick returns! These things are about as cheap as a tank of diesel these days, so we’ll probably do pre-orders only. Keep an eye on the page because they won’t last long.

Jackson, you filthy animals… what a day! 🔥

We can’t thank you guys enough for showing up for us today. It truly means a lot. We know it’s been a while since we’ve been over this way, so it was awesome seeing so many of our regulars, along with a bunch of new faces.

We’ll definitely try to make it back to Jackson more often. We just need y’all to keep helping us sell this trailer out! When we have days like today, it makes it a whole lot easier for us to keep coming back.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for an incredible day and for supporting our little BBQ business. We’ll see y’all next time!
