Our next Appalachian Barrel Company Bourbon has arrived!!

10 years, 75/13/12 mashbill 😉

Nose: This is bubblish on steroids!! Brings you back to when you were a child and you were able to start popping bubbles. Candy with a sweet taste.

Palate: It coats your tongue with the sweetness of the bourbon. As you continue to sip you are fully welcoming that bubblegum flavor!

Finish: It does not drink towards the 109.76 proof. Doing this blind, I would say it was near the 90 proof range. It is a long lasting taste of caramel, brown sugar and sweetness. Absolutely phenomenal whiskey!
