Tuesdays don’t get better than this. Dinner taken care of! No planning, prepping or cooking (on your end)- we love highlighting herb forward, fresh, seasonal produce. Tonight’s dinner of Za’atar Roasted Chicken, Sumac and Lemon Cauliflower with Tahini Sauce, Pearl Couscous, Golden Raisin, Toasted Almond salad with Parsley oil was a hit with the entire fam. Convenient delivery or pick up in Healdsburg!

Citrus-Braised Pork with Spanish-Style Rice, Cabbage Salad with Lime and Pepitas & Crispy Corn Tortilla Strips (gluten-free & dairy-free)

This meal is built around tender, slow-cooked pork with bright citrus flavor woven through the braise, giving the dish richness, depth, and a clear orange citrus lift. It’s served with Spanish-style rice cooked with tomato and garlic, then finished with green olives for a savory, briny contrast.

Our Moroccan Spiced Chicken Thighs are on the menu for Tuesday, April 14th.

This is a meal we’ve been looking forward to bringing back — tender chicken thighs roasted with olives and red onions, served alongside saffron rice with dried apricots and sliced almonds, a cool tahini yogurt sauce, and a flavorful beet and shredded carrot salad with feta and parsley.

Warmly spiced, deeply savory, and balanced with sweetness and brightness, it’s one of the dinners we always come back to.

Slooooow braised beef-ragú with red wine, tomatoes, carrots, herbs, celery, and onion. Served over pillowy gnocchi, a generous side of rosemary focaccia (made fresh today!) and a Caesar-style roasted broccoli salad with golden panko breadcrumbs. Next Tuesday’s family meal (2/24) is Crispy Miso‑Glazed Organic Tofu served over fragrant cilantro jasmine rice, alongside a crunchy Napa cabbage salad with carrots, radish, scallions, sesame, and toasted cashews — all tossed in our bright ginger‑miso dressing.

It’s layered, flavorful, and built with texture in mind — savory tofu, herby rice, crisp vegetables, and that punchy dressing tying it all together.

We only have 6 meals left for Tuesday Healdsburg delivery.

As parents ourselves, it matters to us that our meals satisfy the adults and the little ones—many customers find that two portions comfortably feed a family of four.
