These California wines that represent the land with purity and precision. Wine from sun-loving grapes: either those historic to California viticulture, or those that flourish and maintain elegance in Califor

nia's warmth, such as Carignan, Zinfandel, and Nero d'Avola. Vineyards are farmed in such a way that healthy ecosystems are created and maintained.

In an already unevening ripening year, deer create even more uneven ripening. They munch away at the shoots, and that shoot doesn't have enough leaves and photosynthetic power to ripen the clusters on said shoot.⁠
