I have a hard time focusing. On the farm I want to finish everything all the time. So basically nothing gets finished ever.
But I am learning. Last year we finished all the shelters, corals, coops and hutches. And this year I am starting the garden. Composting the boxes were first, then I will move onto the pumpkin and zucchini patch.
I’m learning to start off small and allow growth over time.

3 eggs
1/2 T olive oil
1/2 cup water

Swiss Cheese onion bread1 1/4 tsp yeast1 tsp sugar1 1/4 cup warm water-mix together and let bloom for 5 min-add 2 1/2 cu...

Swiss Cheese onion bread
1 1/4 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 1/4 cup warm water
-mix together and let bloom for 5 min
-add 2 1/2 cups flour and stir until incorporated
-add 1 cup grated Swiss cheese,1/2 cup green onion tops and 1 1/4 tsp salt
If the dough seems too wet add 1/2 cup additional flour
Shape into a ball and let rise for 1 hour
Tip out and turn over. Form into a ball and proof (let rise) 30 more minutes
While the dough is rising set oven to 460F and put a dutch oven in while it heats up.
After 30 min, carefully take out the dutch oven and line with parchment paper
Tip the dough into the dutch oven
Cook for 30 min lid on and an additional 10-15 min with the lid off.
Let cool 30 min.
Enjoy!!!
