A MESSAGE TO OUR BACK STEP BBQ FAMILY

To everyone who came out to see us at Black Draft Distillery today, we want to sincerely apologize for the longer-than-normal wait times, being short-staffed, and running out of food.

We know that when you choose to spend your time and money with us, you expect great food and great service—and today, we didn’t meet the standard we set for ourselves.

The turnout was incredible, and while we are extremely grateful for the support, we simply weren’t prepared enough for the volume of customers who showed up. That is something we will learn from and work hard to improve.

To everyone who waited patiently, offered kind words, and continued supporting us even when things got hectic—THANK YOU. Your support of our small business means more to us than you know.

We have a busy few weeks ahead, and we hope to see you again soon!

🔥 THE SMOKE IS ROLLING FOR A BIG WEEKEND! 🔥

It’s been a busy week of prep at Back Step BBQ & Sauces, and we’re just about ready to turn it loose!

Right now we have more than 180 LBS OF PORK 🐷 and 70 LBS OF BRISKET 🐂 on the cooker, rolling smoke and getting ready for a packed weekend.

📍 SATURDAY – BLACK DRAFT FAMILY FARM & DISTILLERY
⏰ 8 AM – 10 PM

We’ll kick things off bright and early for Cars & Coffee! Come hungry because we’ll be serving breakfast, including:

🌮 Bacon, Egg & Cheese Tacos
🌮 Brisket, Egg & Cheese Tacos
🌮 Pork, Egg & Cheese Tacos

Then stick around for the full BBQ menu throughout the day!

📣 Saturday evening is also MHS Cheer Spirit Night!
Beginning at 5 PM, come out and support the Martinsburg High School Cheer Program, with a portion of the proceeds going back to MHS Cheer! 🧡🖤
