With season fast approaching, I would like to take a moment to introduce us. We are all avid outdoorsman, myself, Austin, and Brandon who are the 3 main guys in this processing business. From whitetails, to waterfowl, to the water, we enjoy it all.
With that being said, we are not a huge processing plant. We enjoy getting to cut deer for the public seeing as we are cutting for ourselves anyway. We don’t have a walk in cooler or some of the other stuff the other guys have, which in turn means we have limited space! We do our best to keep your deer cold and taken care of and we pride ourselves in the saying of “if we wouldn’t eat it, we won’t make you.” This also means we ensure you get your own deer back and any “blood-shot” or bad meat we get rid of.
All in all, we are excited to get rolling! I will be working my full time job up north until October 12th. So, we hope to be open by the 15th of October for you all!
