We are super excited to announce the launch of our website. We will be premiering a couple new products including our brand new Red Bean Chocolate Seasoning. We are also bringing back some old favorites such as Jump for Gingerbread and Tio's Hot Chocolate Ice Cream Breads.

It’s taken a couple days to be ready to write this but wanted to thank everyone who supported and voted for me in the Favorite Chef 2024 competition. Sadly last Thursday night I finished in 8th place in my group and to move on I had to be in the top 5. I’m very proud of how far I made it because of all of my friends and family. I’m also thankful to the Favorite Chef competition for the awesome opportunity to complete and proud of the money that not only was raised by people donating to vote for me but all of the donations to the amazing James Beard Foundation that does such incredible work. Congratulations to everyone still in contention for the title of Favorite Chef 2024 and a huge congratulations to whoever ends up winning the title, the prizes and honors that come with the title.

Come out and join mine and my beautiful soon to be wife’s small business Melted Magic this Sunday at the Veil at Silverton from 10am-5pm. If you don’t live in the Las Vegas/Henderson area and are interested in trying any of our seasonings/rubs or Ice Cream Breads don’t hesitate to let me or Sarah know and we are happy to get in touch to arrange delivery or shipping.
