So excited to try these new fall cake pop flavors from Boo & Batter Bakery! I have caramel apple, pumpkin roll, and apple pie cider! I’m so excited to try these!!!! Not only do they look adorable but they smell amazing I know they will taste so good!!

🍂 It’s starting to smell like FALL, y’all! 🎃

I’ve got Pumpkin Spice Latte Cookies fresh out of the oven, and earlier today I made a batch of Pumpkin Crumble Coffee Cake Cookies that I’ll be baking up tomorrow.

I’m officially in recipe-testing mode as I work on finalizing my fall menu, which means my kitchen currently smells like pumpkin, cinnamon, and all things cozy. And honestly… I’m not mad about it. 😂

Today I’m also baking all of the Hotplate orders for tomorrow’s pickups, so it’s a busy one around here!

Tomorrow I’ll be testing some Apple Cider Caramel Cookies, because apparently I’ve decided my kitchen needs to smell like every fall candle at once. 😂🍎

Bailey and Molly have been called in to handle a cookie problem.

Bailey, being the wise and responsible 8-year-old, has decided this is clearly a job for her. She’s ready to supervise, receive compliments, and probably demand belly rubs.

Molly, meanwhile, is 7 months old and has absolutely no idea what’s going on, but she’s very excited about it and has already gotten into something she wasn’t supposed to. So basically, business as usual.

The problem they’ve been called to handle?

There are still cookies available to order. 😂

Brown Butter Turtle Cookies, Apple Cider Oatmeal Cream Pies, and all your usual favorites are on this week’s Hotplate. Everything is made fresh to order for Saturday pickup.

Orders are open until noon tomorrow, so apparently these two need y’all to step up and help them solve this very serious problem.

I’m so excited to be a part of this awesome event Lit Escape Pressed Pages a literary themed market with bakers like myself and others, authors, and more all at the beautiful winery in Newberry the Enoree River Winery LLC!! It’s going to be a great time!!! Some come on our next Saturday September 12th at 11am!!

Yesterday we headed to NC to celebrate a pretty incredible milestone — my grandmother Honey turned 100!! 🎉❤️

100 YEARS. That deserves a whole lot of cake, family, and probably a nap afterward. 😂

While we were all together, we decided to take advantage of having everyone in one place and get some pictures of the three of us.

So for anyone who doesn’t know…

Meet Lawrence, my wonderful husband and the unpaid employee of Rebecca’s Bakery. 😂

He’s the delivery guy, box carrier, setup crew, cleanup crew, taste tester, sounding board, occasional photographer, problem solver, and the person who gets to hear me say, “I have an idea…” way more often than any husband probably should.

And then there’s Jeremy, my 11-year-old son, who has somehow been promoted to junior bakery employee simply by being my kid. 😂 He’s been along for this whole crazy ride and is frequently recruited to help whether he actually wants to or not.

These two are a HUGE part of the behind-the-scenes of Rebecca’s Bakery. You see the cookies, muffins and scones, but you don’t always see the people helping me make all of it happen.

And honestly, I couldn’t do it without them. ❤️

Getting to celebrate Honey’s 100th birthday with our family AND getting some pictures of my little crew made for a pretty special weekend.

Happy 100th, Honey! What a gift it is to celebrate a century of you. ❤️
