Having fun with Asian food recipes.
Extra firm Tofu. Maranated in Tamari Gluten free Soy sauce, air fried and than stir fried in Avacodo oil wirh brocolinei, garlic, butter, sweet/ hot chilli sauce, sesame oil and Mirkan rice w**e .Topped with sesame seeds. Amazingly delicious!! The only thing missing is a fresh clean crisp Sapporo l***r

​I had the pleasure of enjoying a pint of Guidon’s Oktoberfest at this week’s Brews and Blues in downtown Hendersonville, NC, and it is craft brewed to perfection.

Tasting Notes: Guidon Oktoberfest Märzen
​Appearance: A rich amber Märzen-style l***r topped with a thick white head that leaves beautiful lacing on the glass all the way to the bottom.
​Aroma & Flavor: Specialty toasted caramel maltiness balanced seamlessly by subtle, spicy hop characteristics.
​Finish: Crisp, clean, and refreshing, backed by just enough malt depth to satisfy l***r purists.
