This concept of Neurochemical requirements is represented by tangible actions related. Finding a balanced amount of these components daily, varying for each individual, results with balanced perception.
PHYSICAL BODY:
We are the Earth's components physically, combined with unfathomable complexity:

ACTIVITY DAILY (specifically cellular activities that trigger Neurochemical processes)
NUTRIENTS DAILY (specifically for the activities of Neurochemical components)
REST DAILY (specifically for the Neurochemical processes of cellular repair and construction)
An analysis of components required to fuel and construct our bodies, is nutrition specifically.
This equation takes 9 components into consideration for Neurochemical processes, with nutrients being 1 of them.
Oxygen is a nutrient in this equational concept, as well as water. They are in the same category of "Nutrients", being 1 of 3 physical components needed daily.

MIND:

Our minds are the Ocean, always active on some level, visible or not, creating life nonstop.

Mind requires 3 components daily, being the most important, while equally complicated as Nutrients, if dissected for individual optimization.

Daily challenges(use of conscious will for activities)
Daily creative output (specifically for Neurochemical processes during creative analysis)
Daily sense of Accomplishment (specifically the Neurochemical processes of satisfaction in purpose)

SPIRIT IS EMOTION:

Going on 12 years since injury, I've been relentlessly clear on a daily basis since 2019, documented thoroughly with both modern technology, and available classic methods.

This skull puncturing Traumatic Brain Injury on 12-4-14 covered by WMUR, has been targeted by blood relatives and Peterborough residents employed through DHHS, Factually.

Miraculously returning to Conciousness brought non-negotiable deductive reasoning applied to Neurochemistry results in digestive anatomical processes, based on DNA.

Since 2020, 6 individuals have provided equally absolute conclusions about the situation I'm experiencing currently, and Systematic dysfunctions arranged by medical fraud since coma.

One of the many things required for successful recovery is extensive materials.
Literally, on a biological basis that dictates construction of new cells, following activation and nerve growth stimulus.
I required roughly 3X more water-soluble micronutrients than a person this size and build. That alone has been for Neurochemical processes in cognitive cross-examination between pre&post TBI cognitive perceptions.. once adding the neuromuscular structures being activated, attempting to reconstruct matching design to the overdeveloped right side structure.. as Sergeant Griffith warned ⚠️.
He mentioned most cases he'd known of this level of torture during TBI recovery, through systematic dysfunction for psychological mayhem, during tactically forced severe physical malformations, resulted in su***de.

I need a lot of food and activities, with equal quality peaceful rest.
