Busy busy upcoming month for our family!

1. Cows are being hauled TODAY!! which means we are *officially* opening our books for FALL/WINTER BULK BEEF. This beef is available in 1/4s, 1/2s, and wholes and will be ready for slaughter late November/early December. Please message us for pricing as these go QUICK and our BOOKS WILL CLOSE SEPTEMBER 5TH! 🐮🥩
2. We’re super duper close to welcoming our second baby, Charlotte, so our response TAT might be more delayed than usual. I’m a one gal team on our social media and most times this means responding during nap times. Please be patient with me as I get back to you! ☺️🩷

Our world spins because of the wonderful father’s in our lives. In fact, Daniel approached me about selling beef when I was roughly a week or so postpartum with our first baby 😅🫪😵‍💫 I’m sure at the time I thought he was way CRAZY!!!, but the pitch behind it was to find a way to give our daughter the best life possible- both in the food we consume and extra income for me to stay at home with her. Needless to say, I’m thankful he had that crazy idea then and how special to think that he always had her in mind.

3 key characteristics that set us apart from other farms that sell beef:

1. We have NO maximum amounts of beef in our packages. We guarantee to always always always give our customers a minimum; however, we do not cut you off at a maximum amount of beef. If you pay for a 1/4 of our beef, you are getting the ENTIRETY of that 1/4 from us. ALWAYS!
2. The cut sheets are completely customizable to each customer. Do you prefer 1lb sacks of ground beef over 2lb sacks? Do you prefer your ribeyes cut at 1 inch or 1.5 inches? Lucky for you, these details are completely up to our customers!
3. We have a TAT because we are CURRENTLY finishing out your cow. That means your beef is coming from 1 cow on our family farm in Henrietta! By doing this, we give our customers the entirety of what they’re paying for AND they get to customize their cuts to their liking.
