“Sour Joe” has been developing nicely! 🫶🏼🍞

How did you name your sourdough starter? Well… I have an amazing brother-in-law who wanted a little shout-out. 😂 So naturally, I named my starter after him.

Let’s just hope this starter isn’t quite as moody as he is. 🤣🤣

All jokes aside, Sour Joe is looking GOOD, and I’m excited to see where this gluten-free sourdough journey takes us! 🍞✨
