I just received a phone call from a nice young lady to verify the sale of lambs at the farm.

We don’t sell lambs, calves, chickens, goats, rattlesnakes or yachts.

Someone is using Shawlyn Farms to scam people out of their money.

Please don’t fall for this. We DO NOT sell live animals.

We would like to thank all of you who have shared the previous post concerning the recent theft.

Theft is not about politics, religion, entitlement or lack of empathy for how peoples actions affect others. Its about accountability for your actions.

Below is what our farm store is about♥️

It is about the 25 plus suppliers we support by providing a place to sell their products. 6 of these are egg suppliers!

This is about our neighbors who mow, maintain rodent control, keep an eye on the cows, who open and close the farm stand as storms approach. Who plow and forge paths to the farm store.

This is about the 18 (and growing) weekly special order milk customers and the thousands who have stopped in over the years who have felt loved, safe and seen.

This is about new friendships being made by stopping in to grab milk and eggs and finding common ground.

Its about Dysarts Newbugh, Tipped Trailer, Tiller & Rye, Devons Kitchen and Cross Patch Farms who support us by selling our yogurt.

This is about accessibility to food that supports your health and wellbeing.

This is about Ed and Suzanne, who have faith in our process by allowing us to lease the farm to make our products and who grow all the beef at the farm. Just go around the corner for a peek. BTW, the cows like Pop-tarts.

And most importantly and personally speaking, this is about my family. When situations as such arise, they remind me of why I started and why I shall continue.
