Follow Along as Red House Vineyard Grows into 2027!

Hey, Alpena and surrounding communities!

We’re Red House Vineyard, a small family farm in Herron, Michigan, and we’re already preparing for an exciting 2027 growing season!

We’d love for you to follow our farm and watch us grow as we prepare for another year of fresh, locally grown food and community connections.

Throughout 2027, keep an eye on our page for updates about our CSA season, fresh produce availability, pop-up farm shops, farm stand updates, special events, community programs, and other opportunities to support local agriculture.

We’ll also be sharing plenty of behind-the-scenes moments—from preparing the soil and starting seeds to planting, harvesting, and everything in between.

STILL LOOKING FOR A FEW MORE VOLUNTEERS!

Red House Vineyard is still looking for a few more volunteers to help us build our hoop house on November 4th in Herron, Michigan (Alpena area).

We’ll be working alongside the experienced team, so you do not need to be an expert — just willing to lend a hand, work together, and help us get our hoop house up!

This hoop house will help us extend our growing season and continue providing fresh fruits and vegetables to families in our community through Red House Vineyard.

We truly need a few more helping hands to make this build happen.

If you’re available to volunteer — or if you know someone, a group, organization, church, business, or team that may be willing to help — please message us as soon as possible.

Hello! We’re reaching out to see if you or anyone you know would be willing to volunteer with us at Red House Vineyard in Herron Michigan on November 4th to help build our new hoophouses.
We are looking for a few volunteers who are willing to lend a hand with the build. We will need to know by this Friday whether we have enough volunteers available so we can officially confirm the November 4th build date.
If you’re available to help, or if you know a few people who may be interested, please let us know. Any amount of help would be greatly appreciated!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — HIGH TUNNEL BUILD!

Red House Vineyard is looking for volunteers to help us build a high tunnel on Wednesday, November 4th in the Alpena, Michigan area.
We’re looking for a few helping hands who are comfortable with outdoor work and willing to pitch in as we get our high tunnel set up for future growing seasons.

No professional construction experience is required — just a willingness to help!

Pickup & Donation Schedule Update
Hello everyone!

If you have an order to pick up tomorrow (Saturday) or are scheduled for Donation Sunday, please arrive between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that everyone be on time.

Please note:
We will be closed on Tuesday.
Donation Sunday has been moved to Thursday, August 13, with pickup available from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

We have 3 donation spots remaining for Thursday's pickup. If you would like to be added to the list, please send us a message by Tuesday evening to reserve your spot.
