What would you do if your small business got hit with Ransomware and completely locked your Company Network and held you hostage of your data and client data?

Ransomware is targeting and attacking small businesses not large anymore. The trend has reversed.

The main target industries are Dental, LAW, Real Estate, Mortgage & Escrow.

I have walked into offices of every niche mentioned and did discoveries. Usually my findings are disastrous.

My next question to these owners are who manages your Network, Cybersecurity and maintenance of your Computers, Servers and Network?

The usual response is we just call someone as needed. The defeats the purpose for a few reasons.

1- Money thrown away (hourly charge)
2- They don't fix they patch
3- No Helpdesk
4- No managed Security
5- They show up 3-5 days later

Small businesses need a dedicated Managed IT service provider to become their IT department and put the right systems in place and maintain the Computers, Servers & peripherals on the network.

The #1 cause of Ransomware on small business is a Company Network that has devices on it that are not maintained.

From the start of COVID & the Pandemic, Optiva IT, LLC did not skip a beat & pivoted in real time, resulting to a record breaking year. We manage over 3000 end points, ranging throughout the Inland Empire, into Orange County, Los Angeles County, Northern California & officially international in Canada.

Our staff of engineers & techs have worked overtime, late nights & weekends to be of service to all of our clients! We expanded our office, taking over space next to us & will be hiring again in the new year (keep your eye out for openings).

As a leader in the IT Industry, I'm thrilled to be able to assist many in technology & grateful for all the trust they have in me & my company. Growth comes from doing what's right & helping people get to where they need to be.
