Wurstsalat with fried Kartoffelklöße
Cold cut salad and fried potato dumplings.I usually see this translated as sausage salad but that sounds wrong to me.
In Germany, leftover potato dumplings are frequently sliced and fried like potato slices.

I inferred last night that I had a new dish to introduce. Here it is, I present to you:

Beef Roulade Sandwich
All the delicious elements of German Rinderrouladen in a sandwich form. Served on a grilled, toasty bread roll and pressed warm for a succulent, savory mouthful of comfort food flavor in every bite.

Developed a new dish today, experimentally. The ingredients and techniques are spot-on. Perfect ex*****on is almost there; expect photos in the next few days. It is SOOOO GOOD!
