Join in with the Cleveland Vegan Meetup group for an early Sunday morning, December, 15, 2024 starting at 9am (stay as long as you need to) for a cup of coffee, tea, Breakfast, grab and go to say 'Hi", get together gathering, sharing thoughts and visions at the long established and reputable all vegan, Cleveland Vegan Cafe, Bakery and Catering 9am at 171122 Detroit Ave, Lakewood, OH.

Parking on the street. No need to feed the meters as it is the weekend. Early morning there are plenty of parking spaces available.

The menu is eclectic with tons of choices, lots of refrigerated items in the "To Go" section, and too many to describe snacks and desserts.
Gluten Free? No worry as many of the menu choices give you the option to make it GF.

Usually the restaurant is filled by 11am, hence we are early to beat the crowd.

If we aren't able to be seated at the same table, we will be close enough by to chat and enjoy the company of an all vegan meetup group of friends.

There is no limit as to how many can attend, so please bring friends and family is you chose.

Are you feeling the "Meat-Eaters Blues" of the Thanksgiving dinner that you had to attend with a Turkey being the center piece? Join in with the members of the Vegan Meetup group (over 3,000 members) on Friday, November 29th, 2024 the day after Thanksgiving at 11am at The Vegan Club, 13114 Shaker Square, Cleveland Ohio 44120 (Shaker Heights).

We can enjoy a Compassionate vegan lunch together, share our experiences and celebrate in style.

Park in the back in the parking lot for Dave's Super Market. It is the best place to park. No parking meters. Walk through the little alley way next to Dave's Market and once out front in the heart of Shaker Square you will take a left and Vegan Club is on the left.

The food is delightfully delicious. Plenty of seating.

As a precaution: I had gone to the restaurant on a Friday and no one was there. The restaurant was closed without any notification. I had called them twice to make certain they would be open on our Friday schedule. The woman told me that if there is no staff to work, they do no open..and there is no way of knowing until we get there. If that is the case, and I hope it doesn't, there is the Cleveland Breakfast Club there close by and has a remarkably tasty Black Bean burger served with a fresh and delicious salad.

It has been quite a while that I've posted on the Vegan Friendly Daily Events. It's time to come together again and enjoy the company and activities together.
The upcoming event is Friday November 8, 2024 at 5pm for Birch Cafe's Friday Flatbread Pizza night from 5 to 7pm. Located on 5557 Wilson Mills Road, Cleveland, OH (Highland Heights).
If you are GF, there isn't a way to order the Flatbread pizza but they offer lots of other GF foods, so you have other choices.
The restaurant is open until 8pm so if you arrive later, but before 7pm you'll be fine.
It is a cashless facility, so please bring your debit or credit card to pay for your meal and tipping.
For a 'landmark', It is in a small plaza. Parking is in the front of the building. There is a Zeppe's Pizza next door.

Join in for free on YouTube Wednesday, 12-12-2023 at 7pm EST, for Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr.'s 90th birthday celebration live and with food demos.
I continuously give him credit for 'saving lives and changing the world'.
Dr. Esselstyn is an internationally known speaker. Has been featured in numerous documentaries and has given thousands of lectures around the world.
He is the author of "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease".
His list of accomplishments are far to numerous to mention on a FB page.
His research is well known and is followed by millions of people. The Esselstyn Family Foundation helps hundreds of communities and thousands of people to reclaim their health.

Join us for this lively plant-based cooking session in which Ann and Jane create delicious holiday treats in honor of Dr. Esselstyn's 90th birthday this week.

Think of our market every month as small business Thursday.

Many of my vegan and Gluten-free friends are asking where they can place their orders to get quality deliciously prepared food for their Thanksgiving Day meals and desserts.
Here's a list in alphabetical order. Some places are all vegan, and some have a nice selection of vegan at their not-all-vegan restaurants. I cannot list their special selections here (as there are many), but their sites have them.
