A Season of Deepening

Watching the sun rise through the fog feels a lot like the season I’m in right now.

Nothing is being forced into my view. The light comes in slowly. The fog moves when it moves, and what was always there begins to reveal itself.

Lately, I’ve felt called to slow down. Not to stop the work I’m doing, but to go deeper into it.

I’ve been journaling every day around four questions
And these questions are opening something in me.

I’m realizing how much of my work—and really, my life—has always been about witnessing. People. Animals. Nature. Grief. Change. Healing. Transformation. Creating sacred spaces where people feel safe enough to encounter themselves.

For years I’ve told my clients that I am not their healer. I am a facilitator. Each of us participates in our own healing. My role is to create the conditions, share the tools I’ve gathered along the way, and witness what emerges. What a blessing it has become in my life.

This season isn’t asking me to learn more. It’s asking me to sink deeper into what I already know.

To reach less and receive more.
To listen more deeply—to nature, my work, the people who enter these spaces with me, Spirit, and myself.

I don’t know exactly what will emerge from this season.

And perhaps that is part of the practice too. And it is something that I have to practice.

Like the sun rising through the fog, I don’t need to see the entire landscape yet……
I can simply be present as it reveals itself.
Knowing that I create the conditions.
I witness what emerges. I drift deeper in the slower rhythm of receiving and witnessing what I have already created with a new lens.

And right now, that feels like enough.

This past month has been filled with deeply meaningful moments. Man I am so blessed for the experiences I’m having

This morning sunrise was one. I soon won’t forget. Over my lifetime I have witnessed so many sunrises and so many sunsets, but as I stood outside, I realized I wasn’t just witnessing this morning, I was actually participating and that shift made all the difference. I didn’t realize that I’ve been participating all along and it felt really profound and really beautiful. I am so happy to share this with each of you.

Your home holds energy.

As the Wheel turns toward autumn and we move closer to Samhain, this is one of my favorite times of year to energetically clear our spaces.

Working with the land, spirits, and energy has always been an important part of my practice. When I clear a home, I move intentionally through every room and attached garage using my buffalo drum and sacred smoke such as white sage, Palo Santo, cedar, or mugwort.

Our homes can hold stagnant energy from stress, grief, illness, conflict, previous occupants, visitors, and major life transitions. Sometimes there can also be spiritual presence that needs to be acknowledged and respectfully moved along.

But clearing is only half of the work.

Once the energy has been cleared, I move through the home again, intentionally filling the space with grounded, peaceful, protective energy.

Your home should feel like your sanctuary.

If your space has been feeling heavy, stagnant, unsettled—or simply ready for a seasonal reset—I am currently booking Energetic Home Clearings through The Positive Spirit Co.

What does your energy look like?

Last week, I had the privilege of photographing this mother and daughter individually and then together. Mom carried one of the most beautiful white halos I’ve photographed, and when their fields came together, the photograph shifted into this gorgeous blend of white, lavender, pink and blue—such a beautiful visual of how our energy can change in connection with someone we love.

I’m offering Aura Photography + Intuitive Aura Readings today and tomorrow at PALOMA

Come see the colors you’re carrying, what they may be reflecting about your energy right now, and the story your aura has to tell.

Book your aura photograph with me today or tomorrow!
