What an awesome time and a huge success! We had a blast partnering with the Highland Soil and Water Conservation District (HSWCD) for "Ag in the County."

The HSWCD served up delicious pancakes made with my mom’s fresh-milled flour, providing the perfect canvas for us to showcase our Pure Maple Syrup. Everyone had a chance to do a taste test comparing our syrup against the store-bought stuff—the difference was clear! Beyond the food, the Natural Resource Conservation Service also gave a great presentation on pollinators and programs offered by their department.
