Farmstand is open for pumpkins!!! We have lots of decorating pumpkins but not many carving pumpkins. Prices range from 2/$1 to $10, great prices and locally grown by our family.

Friends, we have been so busy (life and baseball season) lately that our farm stand has not opened yet. Honestly, we barely got our garden and pumpkins planted. (And we missed blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry jamming seasons this year!)

What little we do have, we are so happy to share with you for free. We have some farm-fresh, organic yellow squash, zucchini, and cucumbers.

We assume we will keep getting small quantities throughout the summer. We plan to keep putting out what we have to share. If it’s not posted on here daily, we probably didn’t have enough to put out. Thanks for your understanding and support!

We’re finally open for pumpkin season!

We have gourds for $1, small pumpkins $2, medium pumpkins $4, and large pumpkins $6. Everything is self serve at the farm stand.

While we have a decent harvest, it confirmed our year when someone heard on the radio to expect higher prices at farm stands for pumpkins this year because of the crazy growing season. (When we went to a large, local, commercial nursery to look at pumpkins, our pumpkins are awesome in comparison.) And rest assured, our prices did not go up!

This will be on the farmstand porch tomorrow! Please come and get some yellow squash, zucchini, cucumber, and pears for yourself and neighbor. It’s free, farm-fresh, and organic!

What a strange year it’s been for farming and gardening. We are into September and finally getting crop. We won’t have very many, if any, days left of sharing because of the change in weather and decreased light. We’ve missed you this year, and thank you to all of you who have checked in. We will do our best to be back next year!
