Another day with the bees! We checked on our New Richmond bees and pulled off honey supers full of spring honey. 🍯 As you can see, they had a close call with a fallen tree but luckily no hives were harmed.

It may be raining, but that won't stop us from getting some swarms! The green boxes pictured are our swarm traps. Rainy days are a great time to close them up because all of the foragers are home. Otherwise we usually wait until dark to make sure all the bees are in before we close them up!
