Late night brooder clean because apparently nesting season has fully consumed my personality at this point 😂🐥

But can we talk about this little cuckoo girly for a second?? Why am I OBSESSED with her already? She’s giving “future fair diva” energy and she hasn’t even paid rent yet.

And no, she does NOT cooperate for photos 😭 however, she’s finally starting to grow out of the ugly teenager phase lol.

I’m so excited to see how she does at fair before bestie steals her away to her new home 🥹🤎

I just wanted to share that showgirls and their crops stress me out 😅 I pick this baby up, instantly panic, think something is terribly wrong… but nope. Just a stuffed little marshmallow who went back for thirds.

This spicy little man is one of my favorites, but he’s got ✨attitude✨ for DAYS and I simply don’t need more calico silkie boys running the show over here 😂

He’s roughly a year old and ready to rule his own flock… or at least try to 👑

Candled a couple eggs tonight. The kids are so excited! We will candle them all sunday evening and remove the eggs with no growth at all. Lets hope for the majority of them to be hens! Silkie eggs from Gracie’s Fuzzy Raptors and candy corn polish eggs from Forever Friends Fancy Chicks.

Our baby call ducks will be hatching soon and we couldn’t be more excited! 🦆🤎 Before we start offering eggs for sale, we’re going to set a few more to double-check fertility and make sure everything is looking great. 🐤
