My husband Kevin is a chainsaw artist and has been in a bad way since he had an anaphylactic episode to rainbow eucalyptus carving a tiki one year ago. This triggered a bone marrow issue likely lay dormant until the incident. For the past year before his diagnosis he has had low blood numbers, was very weak and short of breath. We finally found out he has MDS Myelodysplastic Syndrome, a type of bone cancer where the bone marrow doesn't produce enough healthy blood cells. There are no treatments in Hawaii for this, so we have to travel to Oregon for treatments. If you can help with the medical and travel expenses, we would be so very grateful. Mahalo. We hope for recovery.
