My auntie made us delicious salads today with a homemade dressing from fresh squeezed lemon and organic extra virgin olive oil. She added tomato, avocado, mandarin orange, fresh chives, and salt and pepper as well. The mixed greens exploded with flavor. It takes an auntie's special touch! I had the pleasure of learning and feasting on a new recipe that my auntie Becky Phillips Biancini made for me today, Jacque Pepin's moist and crispy garlic chicken recipe. It also has kalamata olives, tomato, vinegar, and fresh chives in the recipe. Becky's side salad with a lemon and EVOO homemade dressing was delicious. Totally incredible lunch. Thank you, Auntie!!
