MMM Meals Made by Megan Meal prep, breakfast, lunch and dinners. Let me do the work of cooking and planning for you. It will The breakfast and snack items are always available to order.

All meals are made fresh to order with freshly sourced ingredients. Each meal is $12 except breakfast items those are priced differently, along with the snack items. I will post the weekly menu on Wednesdays and orders are due in by Friday evening. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or dietary needs.

Baked chicken parm with roasted broccolini

Oven roasted turkey loin with cauliflower mash and green beans

THE BURGER, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheddar cheese, red onion
Bun choice: Portobella mushrooms, lettuce, or burger bun

Chipotle marinated pork medallions with grilled summer vegetables

Beef and broccoli over cauliflower rice

Items are avaible to order individually or all 5, each meal is $12 they are availible for pick up after 4pm on sundays. I can also deliver on Monday for a small few
