It's official: all macs are sold out and all custom orders are closed until my kitchen is back in operational order. Demo starts next week and includes the hardwood floor, tile floor, a section of drywall, and this whole row of cabinets. I'm hoping repairs won't take long once everything is removed! Wish us luck...

Guys... I've got good news & bad news:

Bad news: My dishwasher didn't just break today, it drained ALL its dirty dish water directly onto the floor, and the floor soaked it up like a happy hour margarita (or 20). We're now in the drying phase, which will be followed by the demo phase (hardwood floors at the very least), and then the repair/rebuild phase. All this to say, I'm out a dishwasher and a kitchen that's up to code for licensed baking until further notice. And I'm not happy about it!

Good news: I still have some macs in stock at themacmaker.com, but future orders & custom orders are on pause until all this gets cleared up. I'm crossing all my fingers and toes for this to get resolved within a few weeks!

I’m rested, recharged, and already back in the kitchen making all the macs. And here's a sneak peek: caramel buttercream with a Dulce de Leche center. 🤤 What should we call it?!
