We are sad that the maple season is over.... but looking on the positive side, we had time to make up 50 pounds of maple infused bacon 🥓 🍁🐖🍁 🐷 we still have a few bottles of syrup for sale! But I don't share when it comes to bacon so that's all for us 😉🍁

Finally we have all the buckets, lids, taps and drop lines washed and put away for the off season. The absolute worst part of syrup is the clean up.(those bucket stacks are 8 feet tall and there is a lid for each one) Next year Im making the junior staff take over clean up 😁
