Upscale, delicious meats and cheeses from the U.S. and Europe are sure to please any palate. As many stories go, ours began with an idea and a glass of red wine. And a charcuterie board. Oh the delicious, difficult to find charcuterie board! The first weekend we spent together as a new couple was the beginning of our quest to find the ultimate snacking experience. We shared creamy taleggio, salty

prosciutto, and spicy 'Nduja on a toasted baguette in a quaint little Italian restaurant in the heart of midtown Atlanta. But when we wanted to find a similar board to snack on from the comfort of home, we were left confused by the lack of acceptable options. Surely there was someone who delivered charcuterie boards!! Nope. After another glass of wine, and then another... we decided to just make our own board which was expensive and time consuming. Months later, the pandemic greatly affected my job as a real estate agent and my boyfriend's job as a CPR instructor. We were stuck at home and, left to our own devices, devoured lots of charcuterie and wine! Out of that abundance of time, the struggle of finding a company who delivered charcuterie boards made us realize there was a niche that could be filled and we were just the ones to do it! The Gathering Board Co. was officially started and has had an enormous positive response from the very first day.

Introducing our newest food experience, where you can admire beautiful art and then take your sourdough cracker and swipe! The “paint” is a mix of three cheeses, roasted garlic, Italian herbs and fresh lemon zest.

And don’t forget, the fresh flowers and herbs are edible too, because of course they are!! 🌺

We had a unique opportunity last weekend to cater an event at one of our team member’s house, for a charity that is near and dear to her family.

Avia worked hard all day helping me get everything prepared and then we headed out; me to the event, her to her home. Same place lol

And when I was stressing that it wouldn’t get done in time, she jumped in (adamant that she wanted to help) and we got it all done!

Trevor met us there and helped haul everything inside and out back for the bar. Jess poured buckets of Ginger Lime Resolutions, Fig + Black Walnut Old Fashioned cocktails and a few Classic Margaritas. Such a beautiful night to have the bar outside!

I appreciate the absolute killer team that we have created and loved getting to brag on them all, this time especially about Avia to her family and their friends.

Check out those Compressed Watermelon Bites and Roast Beef Crostinis that she made! So yummy and so pretty!! 🤩

When your client’s 50th birthday party is waaayyyy down in their amazing backyard patio, you do what you gotta do!

Not gonna lie, I was 50-50 that I’d make it down… either I’d get a cool video slow walking it down, or I’d get an EPIC fall video!

If you see me laughing as I’m rounding the tree, that’s because the band was singing, at that exact moment, “don’t you fall…” I kid you not! 😂😂

In case you hadn’t heard, our Pasta Baby Pop-up is BACK!

It’s a little different this time, we have to do carry out only due to our kitchen prep space taking over our dining room 🫤

But we will have some seats available at the bar, a few in the front and a picnic table outside. There is also a gazebo by the train station right around the corner.

Scan the QR code if you’d like to order online, we’ll send you a message when it’s ready for pickup.

You can also order in person and enjoy a glass of wine or craft cocktail while you wait. It’s a beautiful day for it!

The occasional popup is returning Sunday, March 29th from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm (although it will look a little bit different).

Fresh pasta, huge cheese wheel, saucy meatballs and house-made ricotta—pure magic. 🪄

Two of our largest boards combined onto one gorgeous black walnut board for an epic presentation in Atlanta last Saturday.

Délice de Bourgogne (iykyk) was on a pedestal, crackers, Whipped Feta dip, and marinated mozzarella with cherry tomatoes were served separately.

Brian, from Cornell Vineyards in Napa, was presenting some of his phenomenal wine to a group at The Boathouse in midtown and we were happy to cater our charcuterie there again.

Cheers to good charcuterie and great wine! 🍷

We have multiple events/large orders and have hit our capacity for anything new.

We will routinely close out orders to ensure that what we do have scheduled is going to get our full attention and be completed with utmost care!

No-one likes to turn down business, but we definitely want to protect our commitment of high-quality, beautifully presented food to you!

At this time we are operating (mostly) pre-order only so please try to plan ahead! We understand charcuterie cravings can come up quickly and will do our best to accommodate last minute hankerings! 😋

Everybody eats well when The Gathering Board is catering!

Our hosts last night, Steve and Tammy, invited six of their friends to their home for a wine tasting, sampling delicious wine sent to them from Tuscany.

The winemakers themselves joined via Zoom, discussing the varietals, process and flavors of each kind. Throughout the evening we provided appetizers to enjoy between pairings and finished with dinner and dessert.

Salumi platter featuring Taleggio, Pecorino Romano and brûléed Gorgonzola, Prosciutto di Parma, copicola, and sopressata.

Bruschetta with marinated tomato la scarpetta atop house-made ricotta, fresh basil and a balsamic reduction.

Cacio e Pepe with house-made ragù and meatballs, warmed ricotta with basil pesto and spicy chili crisp

Roasted garlic focaccia

Caesar salad with house-made dressing, toasted breadcrumbs and Parmigiano Reggiano shaved directly from our wheel

Scratch made Tiramisu with Frangelico and toasted hazelnuts (sadly I forgot to get a picture☹️ but included one of our Tiramisu Shooters)

We’ve had a couple Pasta Baby events and other catering but this is our first grazing table and it feels GREAT to be back at it!
