Happy 🍄🔥

Mushrooms have been prized in kitchens around the world for thousands of years, and they're still one of the most versatile ingredients in any kitchen: meaty, earthy, and they soak up every bit of flavor you give them.

On our flat-top, they get the full Modern Caribbean Fusion treatment: seasoned with our island spices, seared until golden with peppers, and piled high next to our jerk chicken and oxtail. 🇯🇲🇲🇸🇨🇴
