White Peppers Needed. As the harvesting season comes to an end, I am looking for white (or super light-colored) peppers to use in a sauce I will be making for a nonprofit in a few months. After testing, I will freeze the remaining peppers for the sauce. If you have any white peppers you want to donate or sell, please let me know.

So, Eli over at Bad Decision Hot Sauce made this for us. This is one of the coolest things I have seen. Can’t wait to be able to use this at shows and markets.
