❤️ WHAT AN AMAZING NIGHT FOR BLANCO MEXICANO! 🌮🔥
Last night was truly something special, and I want to take a moment to thank everyone who played a part in making it such an incredible experience.
First and foremost, a HUGE thank you to Debbie Kessler for the invitation to come out and serve some amazing customers at Finnengans! We met so many incredible people from all walks of life, shared some great conversations, made new connections, and even managed to book another future event through one of our customers! That's what it's all about. And to top it all off, we sold out and brought in over $1,000 in just six hours! 🤯🌮
But what made last night truly special wasn't just the sales. It was the people, the kindness, and the community we were able to build, one meal at a time.

She came out to learn the ropes of my business, and I couldn't be prouder of how she handled herself. She really showed me some true growth, compassion, and heart. At one point, she helped an intoxicated gentleman get an Uber so he could make it home safely. That right there is the kind of character that matters. I'm proud to call her my sister, and I'm grateful she came out to be part of what we're building.
We also had a young man who donated $40 toward meals for people in need, and Blanco Mexicano matched his generosity dollar for dollar. Together, we were able to provide meals to individuals who needed a little help, including some folks who had been drinking. We made sure they had food and plenty of H2O to help them rehydrate. We also had the opportunity to feed some less fortunate individuals, and we can only hope that a hot, freshly prepared meal helped make their day a little easier.
This is what Blanco Mexicano is about. It's bigger than food. It's about people. It's about compassion. It's about showing up for one another. ❤️
I also want to give the biggest thank-you to my girlfriend, Rachel Stone , who does so much behind the scenes to keep this dream moving forward. From helping with prep and designing our menus to running the front counter and making emergency trips to the store when we need more inventory, she wears so many hats. This business wouldn't be where it is today without her support, hard work, and dedication. I appreciate you more than words can express.
And to my brothers and best friends, Nick Buecker and Dylan Buecker thank you for showing up, lending a hand, and being the kind of men and brothers I can count on. Having good people in your corner makes all the difference, and I'm blessed to have you both in mine.
To everyone who has supported Blanco Mexicano along this journey, whether you've bought a meal, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, invited us to an event, or simply encouraged us along the way: THANK YOU! None of this happens without you.
We're still just getting started. Every event, every customer, every conversation, and every act of kindness is helping us build something special.
My goal has always been to create something bigger than myself a business that brings people together through amazing food, fair prices, and a community built on love, generosity, and respect. I want Blanco Mexicano to be a place where everyone feels welcome, where a great meal doesn't have to break the bank, and where we never forget the people who might need a helping hand.
Last night was another reminder of why I started this journey in the first place.
We aren't just serving tacos, street corn, and good food. We're building a community. 🌮❤️

We're beyond blessed, incredibly grateful, and more motivated than ever.
This is only the beginning. Nothing and nobody is going to stop what we're building. We're going to keep showing up, keep serving great food, keep helping where we can, and keep spreading a little love wherever Blanco Mexicano goes.
