House made pizzas buffalo chicken in the center combo on the left and pepperoni on the right. Combo was delicious but the buffalo chicken pizza was the highlight. Soon to be on my menu for the food truck trailer I’m planning to get. God willing everything goes well.

We made southern fried pork chops with Mac and cheese and roasted corn on the cob.
9 boneless chops pounded out
Battered with flour and seasonings added to it and baking powder for crispness.
For the Mac and cheese we used 1lb sharp cheddar, 1lb Gouda, 1lb white sharp cheddar, and half a pound of American cheese. Sautéed shallots and garlic with olive oil a tablespoon of flour for thickness with half and half.
Roasted corn on the cob with melted butter.
