Nanny has been at it again. I just processed a batch of pepper jelly. All the peppers came from my garden... Fresno, poblano, shish*to, and jalapeño peppers. The jars are sealing as I write... popping lids are music to a home canner's ears. Slather pepper jelly on cream cheese and a cracker.... it's a tasty treat.

Just harvested my fall planted garlic. My garden is well on its way. I am getting the first fruits of harvest with the promise of many more to come. Our other gardens are a bit behind this one but are looking good. Nanny's hot sauce comes from the fresh produce out of our home gardens.
